‘Winter’ is an annual festival which takes over the entire Southbank Centre Site. I was responsible for producing the eight activations on the site which included a restaurant, street food vendors, and several bars plus 30 individual ‘chalet’ traders.  The site was built on one of London’s most popular tourist spots and required various levels of planning to determine the safest way to build the site.

Full Event and Build Management which included liaison with various local authority departments, and internal and external teams at Southbank Centre.
